Registry and provision of information in accordance with the law

On this page, you will find information about the operation of the registry of the Transport Research Center, v. v. i., including methods for submitting requests, complaints, and other documents in paper and electronic form. Registry – information for document delivery

The registry of the Transport Research Center, v. v. i., receives applications, complaints, inquiries, documents, and other written materials in both analog and digital form. Below you will find information about the registry's operations, accepted formats, delivery methods, and document processing conditions.

Ways of submitting documents

The CDV accepts documents in digital form in the following ways:

1. By email to: podatelna@cdv.cz

2. By data box: pzkgw87

3. In person at the registry – on a technical medium (CD, DVD, USB flash drive)

Documents that the CDV does not process

The registry does not accept or process:

1. documents that are incomplete, illegible, or damaged, where the error cannot be corrected even in cooperation with the sender

2. documents where the sender and their contact details cannot be determined

3. data files containing malicious code, incorrect format, or programs that threaten the security of the information system.

Provision of information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll.

The Transport Research Centre (hereinafter also referred to as “CDV”) is a mandatory entity pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), in accordance with the provisions of Section 2(1) of this Act.

Price list for reimbursement of costs associated with the provision of information

In connection with the provision of information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended, the CDV is entitled to request reimbursement of costs associated with making copies, procuring technical data carriers, and sending information to the applicant. The CDV may also request reimbursement for exceptionally extensive searches for information.

• Cash on delivery/registered letters according to the valid tariffs of the Czech Post

• Cash on delivery/registered parcels according to the valid tariffs of the Czech Post

• Other according to the valid tariffs of the Czech Post

Personnel costs

for exceptionally extensive information searches, per hour and for each additional hour commenced (total number of hours of all employees who processed the information found) CZK 350/hour

In the case of information contained in publications and printed materials issued by the obligated entity, the amount of the fee shall be set at the price of the relevant copy, if the information is provided in the form of the sale of this copy.
