The aim of the project is to map the transport behavior of the Czech population aged 6 and over using extensive representative quantitative research. The data obtained will enable municipal and regional authorities to make informed decisions in transport, spatial and strategic planning, in the creation of transport models, infrastructure development, in influencing transport demand, and in the development of the smart cities concept. The results of the project will also be useful for public institutions and other entities. The project will build on the earlier research project Czechia in Motion from 2017-2019, and the comparison of data will enable the identification of changes in the transport behavior of the population.
