The Transport Research Center (CDV) is preparing a new free portal for victims of traffic accidents, which will offer comprehensive information, online counseling, and contact information for experts. The launch is scheduled for October 2025.
The Transport Research Center (CDV) is developing an innovative web portal that will provide comprehensive and free support to people affected by traffic accidents.
"Our goal is to create an intuitive online platform that will effectively guide visitors through all stages of resolving a traffic accident," explains Veronika Vošická Buráňová of the CDV.
The portal will offer:
-
Clear information on the steps to take after an accident
-
Free assistance and counseling
-
Navigation through available support services
-
Contacts for experts and institutions
The project E Equal Access to Free Expert Counseling for Traffic Accident VictimsE will also enable the collection of valuable data that will help better model social services and support systems for people affected by traffic accidents. The new platform will replace the existing website, which no longer meets the current needs of users.
The portal is scheduled to launch in October 2025. The entire project is being developed with financial support from The ČEZ Foundation, as part of the “Support for Regions” grant program.
