HR Award and technology transfer at CDV

HR Award Logo

On January 20, 2020, the Transport Research Center, v. v. i., committed to the principles enshrined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The institution's goal is to obtain the HR AWARD certificate, which is awarded by the European Commission to research institutions that implement the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) strategy based on these principles.

The first step is to conduct an internal GAP analysis, which will compare the current state of the institution with the Charter and Code. The GAP analysis includes a questionnaire survey among employees. This is followed by the preparation of an Action Plan containing the procedure for implementing measures aimed at fulfilling the principles enshrined in the Charter and Code.

The European Commission has awarded us a quality mark for human resources management in research and academia.
